Very nice

The hotel is really nice, small but with everything you can desire. The room had an incredible sea view, with an amazing terrace. The pool was really nice but the beach was better, really easy to reach with the free bus.

The wifi is not working around and in the room, only in the reception and in the terrace bar, it was not that bad, it gives you the perfect time off to spend with who you love!

not worth the price, I would pay way less ..

the room and bed was so big and cosy and concept of the hotel is so lovely and so greenery. The pool was not small and so clean. The dinner was quite delicious and chef was so smiling.

The check in was long and the employee was even not smiling like forcefully working there. Ridicilously there was no wifi in the room. And the hotel is 4 stars but there was not a hairdryer in the bathroom and not even a slippery in the room .

The employees were very friendly and attentive. Especially Ahmed DSokey in reception was very kind and cute ️

Worth every penny. Great value

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There were tons of activities and events offered for very reosanable or no extra cost. The suites are large, and were kept very clean It's close enough to downtown Na'ama Bay to easily walk there.

The dinner buffet was mediocre, and extremely crowded. The resort is obviously older and could use some renovations just to update the facilities.

The staff was nice they gave us a free room upgrade. The food was good especially dinner.

I don’t think it‘s supposed to be 4 stars, I would give it 3 at most tbh. The rooms aren’t well equipped, there was no kettle, the fridge was old as well as the furniture. The lighting inside the room is horrible you could barely see at night. The air conditioner barely works and keeps leaking water. The shower area in the bathroom is tiny I kept bumping my elbows in the wall every time I moved. There‘s minimal amenities, just a soap and a shampoo dispenser. The balcony door keeps opening because the look is worn out. The outdoor area in the restaurant is just so hot we couldn’t sit there for more than 5 minutes without sweating buckets. it needed a couple of those outdoor air conditioning units especially in july and august. The hotel is SO far from everything. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Naama Bay which is doable if the weather was nicer, but in summer you have to take a taxi or take the shuttle bus from the hotel but they charge you about 2 USD per person (both options are crazy expensive considering the short distance.) there‘s nothing around the hotel, you have to walk at least 15 minutes to get to the nearest supermarket. They have a mini market inside the hotel but everything is overpriced ( a small water bottle for 30 EGP).

It was a good stay I love it they upgraded our room for free as well but the cleanness needs a lot of improvement

The staff are so good and helpful, location also is good

The cleanness is not good at all, especially in the restaurant toilet, the buffet can be better, it doesn't have many options

The property area was nicely kept clean. However, rooms were a bit dusty in some areas. The rooms did not have WiFi. Toiletries were not provided, only one soap in the shower. No hairdryer, no kettle. My room was a bit dark because of poor lightening. The door from the bathroom was not easily opening. Apart from my room and wifi, everything else was okay.

I liked the swimming pool and the territory of the hotel. The staff were nice. However, there is no certain level of authority among staff to make some decisions. Every time you ask them for some change in service or an extra service they always had to run it through manager or someone else.

Gardens, pool area and especially the restaurant area are beautiful and the dining is of high quality for an all-inclusi

Property was beautifully appointed in gardens with views over the sea although not directly on the sea. The dining was very very good and the dining area was set in a lovely patio area

The very loud techno music that played at random times during the day around the pool and again very very loud music from 8.30-10pm every night during the nightly entertainments. Music around the pool area was played at such a volume that it was intrusive. The fact that people could reserve their sunbed around the pool for the duration of their holiday, by putting down a towel. This gave no one else a chance to use that bed for days at a time

Overall good experience and excellent value for money!

The team were the highlight of this hotel, they couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and looked after - they work so hard! We were upgraded to a larger room with a nice sized balcony. We had a great experience with the tailor based in the hotel - would recommend visiting!

The cleanliness of the room was a bit lacking, there was broken glass on the floor which wasn't cleaned. The fridge & TV weren't working. We weren't bothered enough to tell reception but I know they would have replaced them had we have informed them during the stay. The wi-fi situation isn't great and should definitely be upgraded for a better experience. As you will read from other reviews, the rooms are dated but the property grounds are beautiful and so well looked after.
